VW 8 Valve Non Crossflow Cylinder Head

Hello, Could any members of the forum please direct me to a firm or an individual that could provide a full race prepared cylinder head for the 8 valve "COUNTER FLOW" VW. (rabbit/sirocco)? Porting, chamber work valve seats etc.? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT AND SUGGESTIONs!!!!! Jerry
