MPH - Aug 17/18/19 - Double Rational - Registration Open!

Ouch. That doesn't look like much fun.

Congrats to Eric on winning the National Points Championship in FP. With his two wins this weekend, he tied my point total, but took the tie-breaker with more wins on the year. I don't know who Bill Allman is, but I hope you bought him a beer. The guy ran two laps all weekend, which just so happened to be the first lap of each race, giving Eric one extra "bonus point" in each race. Game, Set, Match.

Hard to not think of the shouldawouldacoulda's. If I don't spin myself out on the second to last lap on Sunday at Mid Ohio......or have an incident with an EP car earlier in that race causing me to play catch up in the first place.......or have an off from Coffey's oil at Grattan.......or made Road Atlanta........or made VIR........ugh :frustrated: Goes to show how close the competition is, especially since Ken Kannard and Sam Henry were right there too. But that all being said, hard to be upset about coming in second to a guy who went 11 for 11 on the year and set a new track record at damn near every track he went to this year. Damn fine job.

Kevin, thats why I'm staying until Sunday afternoon at the Runoffs, FP is going to be the show of the week!!

Now understand why Eric was so worried when I stated on Facebook that I was not going to make it down for the weekend. Great job Eric on ALL the accomplishment this year. I know he has worked hard for those wins and has made a lot of changes during the year to keep the car at the front.

All the Prod races are some of the best racing at the Runoffs every year I have been as a spectator. Yes, I am a little biased being a prod racer but I think a lot of people put down the tools and grab a seat just to watch the Prod races at the Runoffs. Watching the Prod races at the Runoffs cemented the idea on why I switch from IT to Prod.

+1...

Eric and I had a tie for the divisional championship as well. Eric broke the tie with total number of wins! He would not have won the division w/o going to MPH... I put a bounty out, but no luck

Gonna be fun.

I suspect there's about a dozen drivers that expect to make the podium
