Trap speeds

Right before braking for Canada has been my highest speed also. I have never seen trap speeds for that area though.

Is ther a way to see the trap speeds into Canada corner? I only see s/f and into 5.

T&S only has loops at T5 and S/F. Take a look at the timecard info page and you'll see a map where the sections are divided.

510's a coupe (Hannagan). At 113.9, that makes him the slowest top speed. How about some help for the 510?

You have to be careful looking at just the top H Prod trap speeds as they were largely affected by drafting. This is especially true for reletively low hp cars like H Prod. Also, the race speeds are a better indicator since we were not sharing the track with FP like we were in qualifying. In my opinion a lap that varies 3-5 mph from the average was affected by another car and does not give a good indication of a car's capability.

Extremely high correlation between lap time and run position to trap speed for Hprod cars at Road America. Part race, part air pushing contest.

I went back and correlated my 118.1 lap with my in-car video and as suspected it was set with the help of a draft. Without the draft my top speed was 115.5. There are two or three cars in the 121 plus range so we have our work cut out for us.
