I need your help. I have a Tilton aluminum flywheel for my 1275 LP engine that's uses a 5.5 inch clutch .The hardened insert for the clutch sets in a recess in the flywheel and is located with the clutch attachment bolts. Does anyone know where I can get a new hardened insert.

I get mine from Scotty but you can go directly to Tilton. I have two engines with 5 1/2" Tiltons and have had no problem getting parts over the years. Happy Holidays.

No. The 5 1/2 units that I have are 948s. On the 1275s we're using the 5 lb billet flywheels with the aluminum Rally clutch from Tilton. Scott has parts sourses for both kinds. I would highly recommend the package we use on the 1275s as they are very durable and last a long time. We use the metal discs with them.
