SCCA MGB on Bring a Trailer

When last raced in SCCA, this was in EP out here on the west coast: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-mg-mgb-28/
I do have a connection to the car and the family, and I'm considering buying it (like I need another project). As noted, it would need a roll cage update to race with SCCA along with a few other things. It might be a good candidate for HP based on the suspension, but other parts are would probably need to be replaced.

Being half way through a vintage Bugeye build I can say it would have been nice to start with something like this MGB. Nice car here!

If all those parts go with the car, you can probably sell a lot of them to finance the purchase. Looks like a great HP starter project. I've always thought a well prepared and driven MGB would be the ticket in HP.
