recommended sources for lexan

My local glass shop orders me 5 X 10 or 4 x 8 sheets. Might be a lifetime supply, but less than 50% of small qty cost.
 
I got 3mm side window pieces from Home Depot. I had to go to a plastic supply shop to get a cut off sheet big enough for the rear hatch.

Be careful what clear polycarbonate you get at the big box stores because most are not thick enough to meet the rules. Most are only .110" thick and you need 3 mm (.118") for the side and rear windows. Windshield needs to be 6 mm clear polycarbonate.
 
Also check with any local race supply houses that cater too the roundy-round crowd.
They will typically carry the larger sheets in stock.

I know it's north of the border for you Chris, but Behling located in Butler carries Lexan.
That's on the NW side of Milwaukee about 15 minutes north of 45 & 894.
