Bob - I want to thank you and all of the Florida folks for a friendly reception at my wonderful Sebring weekend. I have never experienced such support and offerings of help from a group of people that I hardly know at a first time visit. It was unexpected and much appreciated.
My plan was to stay out of the frey and learn the track, and I failed in that regard, but it was not for the lack of effort from the club folks. We'll be better in January.

Ron, I'm sorry your first race at Sebring was filled with problems. As for the track issue I have a problem with amateur racers thinking that there is a pot of gold or a contract with The Captain waiting for them in the winners circle. We race because we love it and enjoy the friendships developed in doing so. I try to remember one phase when I'm driving my car. "Always know the consequences of your actions and never endanger anyone." ( Innes Ireland) Hope you do well in January. Good luck.
