Parts for EZ-Up 10x20 awnings

Does anyone have spare frame parts for EZ-Up 10x20 awnings? My #1 is white steel frame, where the 6 legs are square and the braces are oval.

I'd like to find one leg (not one of the corners), and a couple of the specific braces (I can supply dimensions).

My #2 is black steel frame, square legs and oval braces.

[My awning #1 was brand new and I contacted EZ-Up for spare parts. Even with the serial number and model number, those idiots could not send me the right parts. After three orders I vowed never to waste my time calling them again.]

Why not just ship them the broken parts? After 3 times they might even pay for the postage.

A track employee recently told me that they dispose of dozens of them every weekend. Ones that were destroyed and left in the garbage. They tell me that enterprising folks trash pick several of them to make one good one and for spare parts.

So .... if you're at a track soon, ask around. I bet they have a cache of them somewhere.
