lookin for an triumph mk1 welded diff

Which stub axles? Also, spider/diff. spool and rear casing are different between the early and late diffs... salvage as much of yours as possible..

I just built up a 4.11 for my vintage car....getting tough to find that ratio...besides: bearings, seals, and shims aren't cheap or readily available..... 3.9's are still pretty common...try Triumph Experience web site, parts....if not ebay, then weld up spider gears yourself.

Factory stuff is whimpy....age doesn't help. .

While looking, I found that there are conversions to use Subaru R190 rears in Spits....some of those are 4.44 ratios with factory LS...looks like a great/probably bullet proof upgrade, if you are willing to invest.... can find more info on web, doing a bit of search...seemed a guy in Australia was main poster....offered "kits"....or build your own...

Yes... My Nephew is still looking for a late model (large spline) 3:90 and/or 4:10... and yes he broke it at high plains raceway about a month ago... I think you probably helped him out Jerry... Thanks for doing that..

I have a 3:89 stock complete diff.
Pretty sure I saw a early 4:11 complete diff on the shelf also.
