Hawk $?

Reach out to Janet Farwell at HQ. She handles that stuff. No issues with Hawk that I've heard of from the guys here at MidO.

Anyone else having trouble getting the credit for pads? Sent in 4 certificates and still in limbo.

Are you having trouble getting the certificate from SCCA or using it? I typically get the certificate within two business days of submitting it to SCCA. :) I would add that this has been the case with all of the contingency program I am utilizing this year, very quick fulfillment.

Using the Hawk one recently has been a challenge - going on a month battling to be able to combine them as it says you can right on the form - different story from every person at Hawk. :( SCCA has been helpful in getting them back on track, but it was an unexpected hassle after years of great service from Hawk.

No problem with Hawk in 2013 or 2014. Certs came fast and was able to combine. Took 3 weeks to get pads shipped, but no problems ordering.

No problem getting certs last year. haven't placed high enough this year except for TWS last week. will turn in forms later this week.

When you call Hawk, they say you can't combine the certs. I spent several hundred on pads in 2013 to use up all my certs. took until nearly end of 2014 and new pads on ALL of my 8 cars to use them all up before expiration.. However, I ordered everything online last time, and you can simply enter the certificate codes in a box on the website and it applies a discount off the end of the order-- you can combine all of the certs there.. The pads were also shipped within a few days, as I had the beer case box of pads at my house in a little over a week.

Getting the Hawk certs is easy, come from Topeka. Electromotive I am still waiting on.

P.S. Nissan came straight away as well. Thanks Rick.

That has worked in the past, now the system stops you at one certificate number.

edit: Turns out the online order system they went to at the begging of this year sees numbers that are close together as potential fraud. Hawk asked me to turn in the codes I was trying to use so they can issue a new number, they say that should solve the problem. Future codes are being issued in a manner that should not be flagged in the system. Hopefully this takes care of it.

I was surprised my Runoffs 3rd place coupon was only good until February, so I lost that. I just buy them from Summit. $60 and I get them in 3 days.

I think the site that Hawk uses for their orders has some issues, but the folks at Hawk worked through them and were awesome to deal with. Big props!
