David I think I have one, practically new. I got it from a guy who was clostraphobic and couldn't wear it. I say "think" because I'm in Canada till next Thursday. I can let you know when I get home. I pretty sure it's what you want and it has the QDs on the tethers and anti slip compound where the belts ride. I would convert it to the sliding tether. $450. plu shipping.
