Electromotive Tec3r - Anyone had their's upgraded?

Electromotive has stopped writing code for the Tec3 and are now offering upgrades to existing units to run its version 4 software.

Has anyone made the change and could explain the value in upgrading?
 
I had mine done earlier this year. While I haven't gotten into the program (Jesse does that), my understanding is that the Wintec 4 program is far superior to 3. Lets you make changes on the fly without cycling, etc. Haven't had an issue since doing mine.
 
It's around a $300 upgrade that is well worth it. The wintec 4 software is great and can be put into any TEC 3 series ecu.
 
I downloaded the software and on the surface when I opened it, the interface looks more modern and easy to use.

I have a call in to Electromotive.
