Are you asking about the windshield?

I don't know of any E/F production Miata with a dash cover. Unless they are still using the stock dash.

Yes, wind shield. I found one at EPMiata.com (they called it a dash cover)

I could not find it on his website but there are several pictures in the Gallery, customer rides section towards the bottom of the page.
I have one on a Miata (and an Honds S2000) and it's a nice piece.
