Crew/worker radio headset pressure !

Since I am not racing, I have been doing some corner working at local events. My ears get crushed by the strong metal spring that wraps around the back of the head. Okay for one session, but for two days... Does anybody know of a headset brand that has some way to adjust the tension to suit either the width of your head or the need to exclude outside noise?? Or some other way to adjust the ear pad force? Thanks, Joel

If you do not already have them, changeover to the Gel Filled Ear Seals. Much more comfortable.
