Arrive and drive rental costs

Does anyone have any recent ballpark prices or experience on arrive and drive car rental fees............regional level cars OK?

Interested in rates for SM, IT cars of various types, SRF, FV, CFF, anything else that is reliable on the track. Also, what kind of "breakage", "crash", etc arrangements are typical? Just trying to get the lay of the land.

At the risk of sounding like Mr. Obvious, if you're headed to the Runoffs (I think you are) ask Bruce Lindstrand and Jay Motorsports. There will be plenty of other arrive and drive teams there too.
