You might write in and ask for some clarification on some of the SPEC line. It says you can use the formula ford head, but it also lists the allowed valve sizes, which I think are a little bit smaller than the formula ford head valves.
I don't think there is any real advantage to running twin side drafts, rather than a DCNF on the original type manifold. If the head and a particular manifold/carb combination are required, it should say so. If using this head, must also use manifold and carb......
Since very few actually run this car, the rules might not get much attention.
